Safelite sets a new standard for customer service from start to finish. Not only is the physical work the best repair I have ever seen on a windshield bullseye but the process was so simple it was complete before I even had a chance to let my family know I was going to do it.
One of the best experiences I've ever had at an auto shop. They gave me a crazy good deal on getting my windshield replaced and when I picked up my car they even vacuumed it out for me. I've never experienced better customer service than I did here. These guys are great. Recommend 10/10!
I hear that they do good work, but i ended up going with a different company because it was impossible to reach a local representative. Every number listed connected me to their corporate call center, and even then, their automated system would not connect me to a real person. I wanted just to buy a windshield to install myself but I never even got a quote. They assume that all customers want them to install.
