Terrible follow up! Actually NONE AT ALL!!!! I called at 10:36AM let them know I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic and no call back, no replacement antibiotic no NOTHING! Had oral surgery and now no antibiotic until Monday........ First I go there to be charged $101.00 to be told they cannot do anything for me ..... then have to go to Marietta to an oral surgeon and since Moore Dental issued the antibiotic I have to go back to Moore Dental for the reaction ..... so great no one at Moore Dental knows how to dial a phone??????
11/08/2017 UPDATE Dr. Moore called my cell yesterday and took extra time to call in an antibiotic to my pharmacy, I currently have the prescription in hand. He also apologized for the entire situation and offered to make time in his schedule for me next week just to check on the healing process.
