Anytime I come into town from California, this is my go to place to get some amazing cardio! The aerobics instructors are skilled, friendly, and definitely make me sweat! Thank you for being here!
Pool, saunas, hot tub, private rooms, raquetball, massage therapists, basketball, cardio room, weight room, equipment room, smoothie bar, clean facilities...only draw back is hours...would love 24 hrs.
