Overall not the worst experience, but the concept hasn't aged well. The food was mediocre at best. I would rather have one decent salad than a bowl of all you can eat blah. Ours had only one or two slices of tomato for a table of 4. The service was slow for us and the nearby tables from what I could tell of the on duty manager coming out to apologize to them. It wasn't particularly busy during our visit, but you can tell they must have a hard time keeping good staff as the look on most of the employees faces was one of lost children. I had hoped that we could expect a certain level of competence and hospitality when on the road by visiting a national chain, but that is not always the case.

Good food! Willow, our waitress is wonderful. Brian the manager took care of our every need when there was an issue. Love the staff, management, and food .WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE THIS RESTAURANT !

Living in Vienna/Parkersburg more than half of my life, I'm aware that Olive Garden is the farthest thing from a 'fancy restaurant' and far from it, however every time my wife and me have been here we've experience nothing but fresh food, good service, and great atmosphere. The waiters and waitress here always smile and always ask if u need anything. Half the time I don't even have to ask for a refill, they just bring it. Great place to eat and have a fun time out with your significant other.

I give them 5 stars. We arrived around 9 pm. My husbans and our 2 little kids. The waiter was very nice he took out order promptly. The issue was my soup had just broth, probably because of it being so late. I told the waiter and he went to get my husband a different soup. The manager came to our table with out me even asking. I said it was okay, but he went back and had fresh soup ready and brought out. The male waiter was friendly to my kids and very nice. The other 2 female waitresses waiting tables near us were friendly as well. I will definitely go back, (a little earlier in the day). Having the issue with soup and all it was honestly the best service we have had around this area lately.

I love Olive Garden. There's something about massive amounts of pasta that makes my heart happy. However lately I have not been impressed with the quality of food and more importantly the service. The place is staffed mostly with young adults and their lack of caring is very evident when you walk through the door. They body language and how they speak to you shows an air of contempt not only for you but for the fact they are working. Once at your table which you now have to be shown the new table helping appetizer ordering pay machine. I just want pasta not a lesson on how to pay for my meal I haven't ate yet. Also most people like to go out have a nice dinner and conversation with someone their care about whether it's a date, a spouse, or a family member, no one wants to be in the middle of saying something important to have a disinterested manager come and ask how your food was. I mean seriously if he acted like he cared I would have told him about the kids who hate their job that seated me, the waiter who threw coasters at us and the long hair in my pasta when it came to the table. Yes that all happened by the way. Instead I want to eat my meal and talk with my wife just leave me alone. So over all if you want to feel frustrated with the youth of today, be charged 4 times the worth of the meal and have people interrupt your meal of cold hair pasta and hotdog buns then this is a 5 star restaurant waiting for you.
