Just bought a bala shark, 3 snails, and 4 tetras from them a couple weeks ago. After a few days the bala died, then week later all my fish started dying and realized I had "Ich" in my tank. Went back to BV Aquarium to find the tank my bala shark came from was under qyarantine for "ICH"!!!! I have lost all but 5 fish. They are refusing to replace the fish i bought from them, let alone all the fish i already had. I will never due business with them again and do not recommend buying fish from them. I guess they leave me no recourse but to file in small claims for their negligence. They should take responsibilty when they sell someone infected fish and infest their tank as well but I guess they are hoping customers are ignorant enough to give them more money for the meds to treat the infestation they caused and to replace fish "they killed". Well not me! That just isn't good business!

Beautiful, clean pet shop! Very friendly people! Everything is very fairly priced, and the animals are VERY healthy. I bought a rat from there yesterday and it's the sweetest thing ever. Will most definitely come back in the future! :)
