Never send out the notice about how much is owed before repossession. They never answer their phones. And they also do not fix anything wrong with heir vehicles before they sell them. The business needs to be completely shut down or owned by honest people. We went to go get our stuff out of the vehicle and the owner was "out of town" but yet showed up within two minutes and the. He then continued to threaten my husband saying he would knock his teeth out struck me on the arm while acting like a complete fool and then ran off as soon as the cops showed up..
Several laws were broken by this company and they are not trustworthy.
They are refusing to fix the issue and are threatening a woman with a newborn baby when she has went over to talk to them.I gave them a chance to fix the issue but to no avil so I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of West Virginia.
Daughter in law purchased a car here lasted 2 days and the transmission failed haven't made 1st payment yet.They didn't give her the required warranty or the required 3 day right to cancel.
THIEVES AND CROOKS!!!! They get one star because less than nothing wasn't an option. This business and the people that work there are thieves. Lying thieves. They stole the contents of a vehicle from a US soldier. They illegally repossessed his jeep, then proceeded to rob the vehicle of cash money and personal property that did not belong to them. Now, they refuse to give back what they admitted to stealing. Horrible, soulless inbred heathens with no moral compass whatsoever. Who steals from a veteran that served our country....who does that? These ass clowns do, that's who. Don't buy dirt from these people much less a vehicle.

Worst place ever! I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Do NOT buy off these people they will rip you off. I bought a jeep and the next day of purchasing it my brakes went out. Then a handful of things happened after that. Had to call them several times to fix it and before 30 days of having vehicle I tried taking it back and they would not give me my money back. I even asked if there was anything wrong with the vehicle and they said absolutely not. He ended up showing up at walmart and taking my jeep while i had my infant son with me and was extremely unprofessional with me yelling back at me and antagonizing me the entire time. Save your money and go elsewhere. This place is by far the worst car lot in Parkersburg.
