Requested an 8 passenger van in advance, as I have successfully done in the past. No 8 passengers were available when I arrived at my appointment time for pick up. Other than that, I always have had a great experience using this location for my rental car needs.

Very efficient telephone reservation, and quick check-out. I enjoyed the car for the most part. Ran into some rain on the trip and had a difficult time with hydroplaning. Got to my destination and had a look at the tires. Front passenger side was at minimum tread and driver was just below. Told my agent at check in, he was very apolgetic, worked to make sure issue was taken care of and offered me a generous financial gesture and free double upgrade on next rental. They have maintained my business.
Worst experience I've every had with them. I didn't ask what are we were getting for our vacation and we got a car that could barely make it through the mountains, it even spun out in puddles! There was no windshield washer fluid so I had to buy that myself.While driving I felt like I needed to hang on for dear life because the car was awful! Never again!
