I have been very pleased with Hertz Rental on St Mary's Ave. I have rented two cars there recently and both were newer vehicles and were extremely clean. I have rented from other rental agencies and had to ride with the windows down because the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong. This has never been an issue with Hertz. They are also great for large truck rentals. I have rented trucks here for moving at least twice and the trucks are always in great shape. I highly recommend Hertz on St Mary's Ave in Parkersburg. Great cars and great service!
