I have to wait long they were able to figure out what was wrong with my phone and advise me what to do instead of having to sell me a new phone at this time I definitely will go back

I had very good service at this store. Fairly speedy. I purchased a new phone. The employee configured my new phone, reset my old one and off we went.
I had the best experience at this store today. My phone started acting up the night before. It had shut off and wouldn't turn back on. So, I came to the store this morning and an associate named Nick helped me figure out what was wrong. Turns out it was on this thing called "Boot Loop" and was beyond repair. So Nick helped me replace it under warranty. It was super quick and easy. Everyone was so nice. Nick was very professional and personable. This is why my family has been customers with AT&T for over 12 years. We never have bad experiences with them. Would 100% recommend this store.
