I stopped by the Grand Central Mall location today to get a quote on my fixing my phone. The guy was super friendly and helpful. He gave me a quote, and told me they would have a new back case in about a week, which I was happy with but then he thought for a second he said he may be able to try something else. He used a tool they had and fixed my phone in less than ten minutes while I waited. He then said there was no charge because it was such a simple fix. I will definitely be going back to them for any other issues I have. Great customer service!!

Went to the fanelli boys in Huntington WV on 4th Ave. to get the charging port on my iPhone 6 replaced. They only charge $69 for this repair which I thought was totally reasonable, but what I really appreciated was when I handed Chris Hughes my phone told him what was going on, he took it back looked at it cleaned it out and totally fixed it in like 2 minutes and didn’t charge me. These guys are very skilled but they are also very honest and don’t want to charge you for something just to charge you for something. They have totally earned my trust and will get my business from now on, totally recommend them.

A pleasure to deal with..I see some negative reviews on here and i am surprised.Everyone I know exclusively used this company for all of their electronic/office needs and I have never heard of one person having a bad experience.
