Staff is great here, they are willing to help and talk you through any problems. I'm not an AC person but with them helping me get the right parts I was able to fix my unit without having to hire someone to come out and fix it.
They have always gotten me my parts even when other places couldn't !
I'm a new homeowner with very little knowledge of HVAC systems. My forced air system needed a new blower motor, which they had in stock and at half the price of some of the online retailers. When I picked it up, the woman at the counter told me exactly how to install it in my particular system and gave me the capacitor I didn't know I needed. I ended up leaving happy, spending half the money I planned to, and thanks to her advice got the job done in half the time it would have otherwise taken me.
