I bought a few items there, ended up forgetting a bag at the location during check out. It was just a few items.... spray paint and some glue. I called and talked to customer service as soon as i arrived home (realized I had forgotten it) and was told it would be put at the front desk for me to pick up the following day. I drove all the way out here after working all day to be told they don't have it and its now missing. This store is very unprofessional. It's not the 12 dollars for the items that's the big deal it's the fact that no one here cares. I have been a loyal customer for a long time but customer service is horrible, I will spend my money somewhere else. ( I would defiantly consider buying big ticket items at another location in case something breaks or something is misplaced)

Then exited 10 minutes on manager at the service desk. I DON'T HAVE TO SHOP HERE!!!

The few employees i talked to were very nice and helpful. I had to hunt them down first, it seemed like they had vanished. Vienna, WV Lowe's suffers from this same problem. An Army Veteran who's an electrical engineer got me squared away in that dept; was also great to talk to. I helped a nice woman in plumbing figure out what she needed because I have the knowledge and know the store, we had a good time talking. Somehow she had snagged an employee from another dept and they were both really appreciative of my help. The cashiers we quick and friendly. I definitely prefer this Lowe's between the two.

We spent $8-$9,000 on kitchen remodel, it took 6 months for them to get everything ordered correctly and delivered to our house. Then when we discovered the design that they provided was not right, they came up with every excuse as to why it was our fault. We waited 4 months for the frig, cabinets were not good quality, waited 3 months for countertop and design was not right. They could have provided $60 panel that would have solved the design problem, and would have if we paid for it and cut it ourselves. Refused to admit fault in any of it, not even an "I'm sorry". Also said we were past the time frame in which to report any problems. We were out of time frame a long time ago, when everything was ordered, paid for and we were waiting on order to be shipped and some things to be reordered due to defects. Had difficulty being able to talk to a store manager. Can you give less than a 1 star rating?

If I could give them a zero star , I would.

40 minutes in plumbing waiting on 1 employee to get done helping 1 customer. I stopped 4 other employees walking by and every time I was told " I don't work this department "

Had ordered on line and paid for item...front desk helpful..but sent me to lumber and they couldn't find it...then thought someone put it back...had multiple people trying to find a $6 item... Vienna store was better at helping me last time
