They provide high quality pet care. They are VERY professional and caring towards the pet and their owners.
If you want your pet to live I would advice taking it anywhere else but here. Took a dog in for a snake bite to get the anti venom shot so they took six x rays of her then said it was attacked by a coyote. When I went to pick her up in the morning they said she was perfectly fine and would make a 100% recovery when the dog was just clinging to life. She passed away before we even got out of parkersburg. Called back and they said that they did everything possible for her when they did not. She would've stood just as good of a chance if we would've kept her at home and saved the $1000 and not paid for useless medical service. Just about everything they did was not medically needed for a snake bit.
DO NOT EVER take your pet here! They just want your money and misdiagnosis your animal. Told me my cat had pancritis and would take a week to get the test back and wanted to charge me $900 dollars to make her feel better, the second visit! LIED to me! It only takes 20 minutes to run this test. Told me I would have to comfort my cat and she would eventually die!! Talking about trying to get all your money while you are an emotional mess. Their prices are 3-4 times more expensive than other places. Thank goodness I left, but they still got $460 dollars out of me and my cat was still sick! I was told the first time if i had to bring her back for blood work they wouldnt charge me for the fees again. The same doctor isn't always working so they charged me for the fee again because this is "their procedure" and won't refund it! That is the ONLY reason I took her back. They dont care, just want your money. Took her to a regular vet and she doesn't have pancritis! I could have paid 900 dollars and that wasn't what was even wrong!!! I have talked to a few people and most of their animals don't come home alive!!!!
Will never walk through those doors with my own furry baby again. The only person with a decent heart in that place is the girl with tattoos.
If I could give negative stars I would! I will NEVER go here again! You will only be playing Russian roulette with your pet's life. Depending on how busy they are, who is on duty and what type of illness your pet has. If your pet has a seizure, they may be left for dead like our kitty was. Also, they ask if you want your pet left on a ventilator and then literally 5 minutes later take her off of it!! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET WITH THEM!! The worst "bedside manner" I've ever encountered in my lifetime, and I'm almost 60. Our kitty died before our eyes in an excruciatingly painful way. I screamed for help....no one came except some boys who stood looking at me and did nothing. The vet left us there alone while our cat died in an ANIMAL ER!! She did not show up for another 40 minutes or so AFTER our cat had been left off ALL comfort measures for at least 2 hours!! Absolutely unacceptable!!
