Repeatedly contacted vet regarding medical issued "coughing" over a 4 week period. Was seen by vet once who said it was "allergies". Each time I called and stated meds weren't working I was shoved more pills rudely by his techs. Last Saturday I called because he was worse AGAIN I was handed more pills and told that vet had looked at record saying it was "allergies".

Recently I thought my dog had had a stroke. I called in to check that someone would be there and once again was told I'd have to wait two hours for their lunch break. I asked if a stroke doesn't constitute an emergency, what does? The receptionist I spoke with (Tracy) laughs at me. I then asked why she thought my dog stroking was funny. She laughs again, and hangs up on me.

I found a stray dog in need of emergency care, every shelter and clinic referred me to another, including this one. Thanks for almost letting this dog die, especially when I would have been willing to pay I just needed a pay plan. Take your dog here if they need to see someone that would 100% let them die if you didn't have money in your hand.

It pains me to review 1 star as I worked here for a few months last year and it was a wonderful place for pets. Very great staff to work with and even a great staff as far as customer service goes.. unfortunately today I had an experience that made me decide to never set foot in those doors again. I worked here - I know how backed up things can get. I know how busy and stressful Saturdays are and I was told to be in at 1:30 for my appointment (I drove in from Columbus so that's the latest I could come) hot here about 10 minutes before 1:30 and it's now 2:30 and no word on when I can go back. The girls out front were not helpful and being told to be here and still not being back 30 minutes before they're set to close with 2 dogs. It's not even that busy today. VERY dissatisfied. I'm leaving and very sad. The doctors are great. The help and staff not so much.

Tuesday, my beloved pet, therapy dog was being cared for while I went out of town for medical treatment. He took a breath and fell over dead. Was rushed to this vet who stated when confronted, after his rude staff took him from her. She asked "what happened? You've been treating him for allergies, allergies don't cause this?"

We are heartbroken you killed my fur baby and are rude rude!

Wonderful experience for my fur baby. They took really good care of him. The receptionist was friendly and it was easy to get a quick appointment.

She shrugged and said, "well, he's full of fluid. I guess I mis-diagnosised him. It happens!"

I have taken my dog here for 15 years. There have been several issues with them along the way. Most notably, my dog was very sick with pancreatitis a few years ago. She got sick over night and I didn't see until the following morning. She was bleeding profusely. The person I spoke with told me I would have to wait since they were about to go to lunch. I explained that it was an emergency and not something I felt should wait due to the amount of blood she was losing. They refused to see her until after their TWO HOUR lunch break. Once they finally saw her, they ran an expensive test, confirmed pancreatitis and told me to just take her home and bring her back the next day. A few hours later I didn't feel it could wait so I took her to the local emergency vet. The Doctor there told me if I had waited she would've died for sure. He wasn't sure why they didn't admit her. Fortunately the emergency vet got her through it.

I immediately called back and asked to speak with a manager / supervisor. They took my name and number and said they would pass it on to the office manager. The following day after receiving no call back, I called twice and asked to speak with the office manager. Both times messages were taken with no call back. I have since had my dog's records faxed to another vet and will never take another animal to this hospital for as long as I live. Bottom line...if they aren't going to make money off you, they just don't care. They only care about charging ridiculous prices and squeezing as much money out of the customer as they can. I recommend avoiding this place.

No ou idiot you just let you techs hand out meds Willy hilly without seeing a beloved fur baby again when an owner says the meds aren't working something else is wrong.
