I found this to be a very nice furniture store with good selections of various items. Our salesperson, Justin, was very helpful and patient. He was willing to help me define what I really wanted (I did not have a clear idea when I went in-- other than just "comfortable") and gave lots of information about the furniture. He offered "pros" and "cons" for each couch we looked at -- I appreciated that. I prefer that instead of someone just telling you every piece is wonderful. We bought a nice couch.
Hello I have to give Ashley furniture store in parkersburg west virginia a five star, not only for the quality and layout of the store, but the beauty and the sales person named coach Rick, I went into look for furniture over a month ago, he walked me through and showed me lots of sets. Well after a month of considering, I went back to the store, thank goodness he was working that day I took my husband with me and we looked at some of the same living room sets that coach showed me prior. With his kindness and out going personality. We decided to go with a set with coach Ricks help. I just can not wait for it to arrive so i can enjoy the beauty of it. Thank you coach Rick i give you 6
