I took my parents in to get a sleeper sofa. We had immediate assistance. The staff was eager to help and very pleasant. The quality of the sofa was very good, and they offer an insurance policy. Please be sure you double check whether or not free delivery is available. We were told there was a delivery charge, and then when we drove over with a trailer to pick it up, they said we could have had delivery for free. Overall a good experience, though.
Was helped by Christopher Frey, he did a fantastic job and got us squared away with the couch we wanted quickly. Was a pleasant experience shopping at big sandys, will come back. The people who work in the shipping department could be a little more careful in delivery but overall highly recommend
Heather was a great sales person. Very patient as we looked at almost all the couches in the store. Delivery guys were efficient and professional. We decided we didn't like our first pick in furniture and we're able to switch it out without any issuess
